Slottsskogsvallen STADIUm

It was in August 1926, at the Slottsskogsvallen Stadium in Sweden, where the 2nd edition of the Women's World Games took place, organized by the FSFI under the presidency of Alice Milliat.

At these games, 100 athletes from 9 nations (including France, Sweden, the United Kingdom, Germany, and Czechoslovakia) participated in the events, demonstrating the broadening international commitment to women's sport.

Athletics was once again at the heart of the competition, with disciplines such as sprinting, high jump, discus throw, and relay, as well as middle-distance races, where athletes delivered several remarkable performances.
